Quick Update

Swamped at work the last few days. Quick trip to the gym during all day IF:

5 x 30 sec interval sprints + exercises via HIAH protocol:
BB Bench x 135
DB Bench x 30, 35
Cable Flyes x 40
Explosive Dips
Tricep Extensions x 100, 120
Universal close grip bench x 100
