Work Hangover

Still feel like I could use a day off, but went to the gym for a lackluster workout

5 interval sprints @30 sec each: 11/12/12.5x3 mph

5x5 workout protocol:
- Squats: 155, hammy is still tweaked (just like Manny)
- Leg press + calf raises: 4 plates per side
- Leg extensions: 115

149 on scale
