IF + EF

Intermittent fast today, 146 on scale, 15/8/4 EF workout today to change things up

- easy run of only 1.5 miles, still feeling Monday's run
- manly planks 1 min center, both sides
- deadlifts 135/155/185
- seated rows 100/115/130
- renegade rows 30lb db, 3x10
- db raises 10/12.5/15
- floor wipers 10/10/5

    Do you do the planks last? It's wise to do so.

  2. I love floor wipers, but haven't been able to find a comfy spot to do them at the new gym. All in all the workout looks solid.

  3. Yeah Marc, those things should be called Arse-kickers because they kick mine every time. I still can't successfully do 3 sets of 10, but it is a goal!

    Mike - my gym has a few mats I can drag around as needed and I found it helps to have a nubile 25 year old in the area.
